Title: Professional Pebblecrete Pool Cleaning & Stain Removal Looking for an experienced pool cleaning specialist to thoroughly clean and restore the pebblecrete surface of my concrete pool. There are various stains and deposits, potentially algae, calcium, metals or other buildup, particularly around the edges, walls and water jets. I’ve already tried scrubbing and some acid treatments, which helped slightly, but I’m looking for someone with the right experience, equipment and products to properly clean the entire surface. Scope of work: * Deep clean the entire pebblecrete pool surface, including floor, steps and walls. * Remove stains, algae, calcium and mineral deposits where possible. * Thoroughly clean all edges, corners and the waterline around the pool. * Identify the staining and use appropriate treatments that won’t damage the pool finish. Goal: Get the pool looking clean, fresh and as close to its original condition as possible. Please only respond if you have experience with pebblecrete/concrete pools and professional stain removal. Slight leak around heater element and top nut of heater housing, may need oring...silicone isn't fixing it :)

We’re looking for someone to clean and service our pool. It is used daily but currently has algae build up on the bottom/sides and needs a thorough clean, vacuum, chemical test/balance and filter/pump check. We’d like to get it clean, clear and properly balanced.

Looking for doing a general clean and service of my outdoor spa. 2 x 2m easy access. The spa is only around 2 years old and is in good condition — just looking for a easy clean and maintains service. Job would include: * Drain the existing water * Clean the inside of the spa * Basic cleaning of the spa cover, including the underside * General inspection/service of the spa * Check the filter and other basic components * Refill/setup if required and more if you suggest. There is a drain in the backyard for the water. You may need to bring your own hose/equipment for draining the spa. I have one, not sure if fits. All primary equipment will be provided on site by me. You will need to provide standard PVC pipe fittings, pressure pipe, glue/primer, and electrical connections. Work Required: 1. Decommission & Remove: Disconnect and remove existing failing pump, CompuPool CF1500 cartridge casing, and CompuPool chlorinator controller/cell. 2. Install Main Filtration Pump: Install owner-supplied Madimack InverFlow F300i (1.0 HP) variable-speed inverter pump. 3. Install Cartridge Filter Casing: Install owner-supplied 200 sq. ft. cartridge filter housing (Onga Pantera / Waterco Opal). 4. Install Chlorinator & Auto pH Doser: Mount and wire owner-supplied Madimack InverCHLOR system and Madimack Auto pH Acid Doser module. Plumb the inline electrolytic cell and acid injection point into the return line. 5. Replace 3-Way Valve & Re-manifold: Replace existing 40mm 3-way solar valve with a customer-supplied 40mm/50mm Jandy valve. Rebuild pad manifold using 50mm PVC pressure pipe where possible to maximize flow efficiency. 6. Solar Integration: Keep existing secondary solar booster pump and blue Dontek solar controller wired and active in line with the new setup. 7. Commissioning: Test flow rate at low pump speeds (1,400 RPM), ensure flow switch engages, prime acid doser, and verify no leaks. Customer Provided Equipment: Madimack InverFlow F300i Pump 200 sq. ft. Cartridge Filter Casing Madimack InverCHLOR Chlorinator + Auto pH Doser Kit Jandy 3-Way Valve Tradesperson to Supply: 50mm & 40mm PVC pressure pipe, elbows, unions, PVC glue, and priming fluid. pool maintence on a schedule

Looking for someone to regularly maintain our pool in Carrara I would like someone experienced to come approximately once a month to keep the pool clean, healthy and properly balanced. Looking for water testing/balancing, checking the filter, pump and chlorinator, cleaning baskets and general pool maintenance as needed. I would prefer to pay a set service fee per visit, with any chemicals required charged separately at cost. Please let me know your labour price per visit and an approximate idea of what chemicals would normally cost 😊 You could come any day and time each month.

Our pool hasn't been serviced for a few weeks and there's a build-up of leaves on the surface and sitting on the bottom. I need someone with their own gear to bring it back to swimmable and give it a proper service. The previous pool attendant took the Creepy Crawler, and there is no cleaning apparatus in the pool. Pool pump intake valve has an air leak. I narrowed it down to this elbow. Need it replaced so I can continue working on my deck.

Need someone experienced in swimming pool leak detection, have done the bucket test and pool losing water faster, it loses about 5 mm/day with the pump off. Dye test around skimmer and return jet is inconclusive. Pool is fiberglass and has recently resurfaced with new skimmer box installed. Need to located the leak only
