The NBN technician could not establish the connection as the external conduit was unavailable at the building. As the cables are accessible from the ceiling, the following tasks will have to be completed: 1. Installing an NBN utility box on the external wall 2. Extending cables from the ceiling to the NBN utility box. 3. Dig a trench and install a conduit to run the fibre to the NBN utility box. I must admit that I lack detailed technical knowledge, so I am writing based on my best understanding. Also, we do not have the material required to complete these tasks.
