7 new downlights installation throughout the apartment

I have purchased 7 new smoke alarms which are all battery powered. These need to be screwed to the ceiling. I also need 3 old alarms removed. These are hard wired into the mains electricity so I cannot do this myself. I need the new alarms to cover the holes in the ceiling left after removing the old alarms.

One of the switch board had bit of water, need a clearance from electrician that it is safe to use again.
