Needing old lights removed and new lights put up and connected properly

Need to install downlights for house. Currently it has normal bulbs.

A power point needs to be moved in a bedroom but before this can be done the studs will need to be located and then if it can be moved from behind the bed to beside the bed. A light fitting wire needs to be shortened on a ceiling. Electrical knowledge and safety is required.

I have 10 to 12 led ceiling lights which are connected via small transformers in junction boxes. I need the junction boxes swapped for surface mounted sockets. Some of this work needs to be done in the roof space, which has lots of headroom, but requires stepping on trusses. I also need some wiring inspected.

Need a new power point put in for my work station

The external unit is not starting properly. Indoor units work fine, but the outdoor fan was not spinning and now only spins slowly / intermittently. No loud noises. Likely run capacitor or electrical issue. Looking for diagnosis and repair ASAP.

I request a qualified electrician to install two pendant lights as per the circled green colour and deactivate (so they don't turn on) the two ceiling lights as per the circled red colour. In short: you would need to make the circled-red ceiling lights completely non-operational—so that only the pendant lights turn on when I use the switch—you would need to disconnect the wiring that supplies power to those ceiling lights. The wiring should be inside those individual red-circled lights.

I just need a light globe change - but it is an old socket. The switchboard has been upgraded.
