I need a professional who can: Remove the current recessed downlight safely. Install the new pendant light. May need to Manage the larger-than-standard hole in the ceiling

The Issue: Two of our ceiling-mounted track spotlights have stopped working. As these are integrated LED units, the entire fitting needs to be replaced, not just a bulb. The Job: The task is to supply and install new, like-for-like replacements for the two faulty lights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings on the high ceiling track (a suitable ladder is required). 2. Removing the two faulty light fittings. 3. Supplying and installing two new, compatible track light fittings that match the existing ones in style, colour, and light temperature. 4.
