This was was built by previous owners prior to selling so it could be sold as an extra bedroom - it’s not load bearing and doesn’t have electrical in it. We want the wall removed to the door next to the kitchen. (You can see where the wall has been attached)

I have three recessed downlights installed (wired), only two working at the moment. Would like to replace them with smart lights (likely the Nanoleaf) and also install a Shelly 1 Gen 4 relay switch. The switch controls all three lights. I haven't got Home Assistant set up yet, so assume will need to have the Nanoleaf act as 'dumb' lights, but priority 1 is painting the room! Happy to discuss/get suggestions - the lights and the switch are arriving Monday, but can always return if needed.

Iv disconnected the current light as per pics and have now lost power to half the lights in the house and the heating. I need the bracket mounted to a knoggen or sufficient to carry 12kgs. (Not straight into plaster) so it’s likely the electrician will need to access the roof space and install 3 plates/noggins for fixing to. Scope of Work • Install approximately 50 supplied Clipsal LED downlights with 50 supplied plug bases. Existing lighting circuits are already in place with one ceiling light point per room. Each room requires the existing light point to be expanded to approximately 4–6 downlights. Electrician to run cabling between lights, cut ceiling holes, install plug bases, connect and test. • Install 1 hallway chandelier. Existing electrical point is available, however there is no ceiling support/hanging point, so suitable structural support will need to be installed. • Install 1 kitchen island pendant light. The Issue: Two of our ceiling-mounted track spotlights have stopped working. As these are integrated LED units, the entire fitting needs to be replaced, not just a bulb.
