Established house, gyprock ceiling, between split level, enough clearance to run cables but you won't be able to go in. Also a fan replaced like for like.

The Issue: Two of our ceiling-mounted track spotlights have stopped working. As these are integrated LED units, the entire fitting needs to be replaced, not just a bulb. The Job: The task is to supply and install new, like-for-like replacements for the two faulty lights. The scope of work includes: 1. Need a new power point put in for my work station

The external unit is not starting properly. Indoor units work fine, but the outdoor fan was not spinning and now only spins slowly / intermittently. No loud noises. Likely run capacitor or electrical issue. Looking for diagnosis and repair ASAP.

I request a qualified electrician to install two pendant lights as per the circled green colour and deactivate (so they don't turn on) the two ceiling lights as per the circled red colour. In short: you would need to make the circled-red ceiling lights completely non-operational—so that only the pendant lights turn on when I use the switch—you would need to disconnect the wiring that supplies power to those ceiling lights. The wiring should be inside those individual red-circled lights.
