Two planter boxes need to be demolished. One is half complete already. They are well built so will require heavy duty breaker / jackhammer. All sand and material will need to be moved to a skip (I will provide). The driveway is quite long (for getting to the skip). The job is half finished (can’t complete as I have an injury)

Once concrete is broken up, require transfer of demolished concrete to be placed at the rear of the courtyard. If you don’t have access to a wheelbarrow, let me know & I will provide one. I don’t think the concrete is reinforced with rebar so should be a straightforward demolition. The foundational construction of the courtyard itself has not been done properly from 20 years ago so seems to be a basic job done. Regarding the date, ideally need the job done on Friday 20 March but if not possible, 21/3 or 24/3 also possible. You’ll need to supply your own PPE

We have retail shop in Wendouree and need to demolish interior plaster wall and remove frame inside the wall. It’s L shape wall . Wall height is approximately 4000 mm. There is a bunch of rubble, gyprock, old wardrobe panels and general demolition waste that needs to be gathered up and placed in the skip bin on site. I estimate about two hours work for one person. There is a wheelbarrow on site to make this easier.

Tasker will be removing the concrete surrounding the steel column x 9 columns for an area of 1m below the top of the column so the steel column is cleanly exposed. The Tasker will need to use a light/medium size hand jack hammer and angle grinder to first cut a grid of cuts so concrete pieces will pop off easier once touched with the jack hammer. Some of the columns (as pictured will need the use of a scissor lift, which I will provide along with training on how to use safely for the Tasker. If the Tasker has a ‘yellow card’ (EWPA) that will be looked upon favourably. If the Tasker has their own tools, that will be looked upon favourably. Safety clothing, ear/eye/foot protection is a must. Refer pictures for more details. Open to any questions. Work time is flexible and can be undertaken over a number of agreed days but the right tasker is probably capable of finishing the same day. Car parking access is easy where Tasker’s vehicle will be within meters of where Tasker will be working. Work cannot occur before 7am or after 6pm. If on a Saturday not before 9am or after 3pm. I need a brick wall demolished. The wall is approximately 2 m high with a 1.5 brick cross section (around 350 mm x 350 mm). No waste disposal is required as I will look after all rubble and waste. You just need to safely demolish and remove the wall material. You definitely need to have a jack hammer for this job. Please don’t apply if you don’t jack hammer.
