3x3 shed demolition its almost empty with no concrete floor i need it all nice and clear

I need a complete demolition of a bathroom...I will defit all plumbing and fixtures prior...so stripout tiles walls and floors and bathtub, shower, vanity, toilet and ceiling/ cornices. So make sure you have the jack hammers etc and ideally a scraper to knockdown tike glue stuck to render...its brick and concrete slab. Plz Let me know how much it would cost? Its a townhouse and its the upstairs bathroom.

There is a bunch of rubble, gyprock, old wardrobe panels and general demolition waste that needs to be gathered up and placed in the skip bin on site. I estimate about two hours work for one person. There is a wheelbarrow on site to make this easier.

Hi, I need someone to dismantle and remove two built-in wardrobes from my apartment in Albion. I’ve already taken the doors and tracks off to make it easier, but the internal timber frames and shelves are still fixed to the walls and need to be pried out. What needs doing: 1. Wardrobe 1 (Main Bedroom): • Pry out the timber frame and remove the internal shelving. • Cornice: Please remove the cornice sections that are attached to the wardrobe structure. 2. Wardrobe 2 (spare bedroom): • Pry out the fixed shelf and wall supports. • Cornice: Remove the cornice above this unit as well. The Details: • Finish: I need these stripped right back to the wall. Don't worry about the ceiling/wall finish underneath—I’ll plaster it at a later date • Cleanup: I’ll need a reasonable vacuum/sweep once you're done so there isn't dust and debris left everywhere. • Rubbish: All debris to be taken to the tip. • Access: It’s an apartment with two flights of stairs. We need a shed and the concrete slab it is sitting on to be demolished and the debris removed. The shed / slab measures approx 2.5m x 4m. It is in the back corner of our property and the only access is via the front gate - approx 35m distance. The shed itself is in good condition and could be re-used potentially, although the internal uprights are cemented in.
