Demolition of a freestanding wall (0.8m high x 2.4m long) in our back garden. We would like the material removed as part of the job. Note that I have already tried to knock it down with a sledge - a jack hammer or similar may be required. In addition (if possible) we'd like 9 wooden stumps (from an old deck) removed. An example is shown in the photos. We're flexible on dates and Mondays, Thursdays, and weekends are typically the best for us.

Tasker will be removing the concrete surrounding the steel column x 9 columns for an area of 1m below the top of the column so the steel column is cleanly exposed. The Tasker will need to use a light/medium size hand jack hammer and angle grinder to first cut a grid of cuts so concrete pieces will pop off easier once touched with the jack hammer. Some of the columns (as pictured will need the use of a scissor lift, which I will provide along with training on how to use safely for the Tasker. If the Tasker has a ‘yellow card’ (EWPA) that will be looked upon favourably. If the Tasker has their own tools, that will be looked upon favourably. Safety clothing, ear/eye/foot protection is a must. Refer pictures for more details. Open to any questions. Work time is flexible and can be undertaken over a number of agreed days but the right tasker is probably capable of finishing the same day. Car parking access is easy where Tasker’s vehicle will be within meters of where Tasker will be working. Work cannot occur before 7am or after 6pm. If on a Saturday not before 9am or after 3pm. Demolish and dispose of - 1. cupboards and one plaster wall (timber frame and plaster) in one bedroom, and 2. Just one plaster wall (timber frame and plaster) in another bedroom. The same type of cupboard has already been removed from one of the bedrooms.

(Old fit out to be taken out) Careful internal strip-out works to expose the original ceiling structure of the architectural, open-ceiling finish. Works include: • Removal of middle section suspended and plasterboard ceilings (excluding two retained original room ceilings at front of shop) • Removal of non-load-bearing plasterboard walls, bulkheads, and boxed services • Exposure of original ceiling structure, beams, and services, left clean and safe for follow-on trades • Removal of floating timber flooring and underlay throughout. • Removal of redundant joinery, fixtures, and fittings + small kitchen out the back of premises • Remove of existing old air-conditioner and all attachments ( no longer works) • Making safe of all exposed edges, fixings, and services • Removal and dispose of all demolition waste in skip bin provided- will be on site the second day as it’s main high street frontage we won’t be able to leave the bin for two days on the road. Access in and out via front door only to main Road for bin only. Electricity will be disconnected for a safe demo. ( All day parking at rear of shops or side streets. Front is 2hrs )

We have a small tin shed that needs to be pulled down and removed - it’s approx 2.5mx2.5m. Won’t take much as it’s nearly falling down. In photos you can see some timber stored down side of shed that needs to be removed and taken away as well as shed itself.

Removal of a bathroom tiles

We need a shed and the concrete slab it is sitting on to be demolished and the debris removed. The shed / slab measures approx 2.5m x 4m. It is in the back corner of our property and the only access is via the front gate - approx 35m distance. The shed itself is in good condition and could be re-used potentially, although the internal uprights are cemented in.

Seeking quotes for demolition and removal of shed. 3.1m wide, 6.2m long, 2.2m high. Looks to be asbestos sheeting so appropriate licences required please. Corrugated tin roof. Very easy access via driveway. Not sure what else you need to know - please ask!
