Demolition and Removal of Two Brick Pillars (Ainslie)
$300
Ainslie ACT 2602, Australia
3rd Jul 2026
I am looking for someone to demolish two brick pillars and remove the associated debris from my property in Ainslie. The work requires demolishing the two brick pillars down to the soil level so that the area can be covered over, while ensuring that the removal does not cause unnecessary disturbance to the surrounding ground. Additionally, please carefully remove the timber slats currently attached to the pillars; these slats should be set aside neatly on-site, as I intend to keep them and do not want them disposed of. You will be responsible for the removal and disposal of all brick rubble and any waste generated from the demolition process. Please ensure a thorough clean-up of the area is completed once the work is finished. Kindly provide a quote that covers all labor, as well as any disposal fees for the bricks.

Demolition of an extension of the house.
$1,000
Spence, Australian Capital Territory
24th Jun 2026
Demolition of an extended area of the spa area of house that has been damaged by termites. 3.8m by 3.9m. Want to consider renovating it into more usable space but depending on the quote demolition comes first. Have a few more smaller odd jobs that wants a quote for as well but primarily the demolition first. Happy for inspection prior to full quote. Gotta be licensed and insured, as 1 wall is the main house. Area a bit hard to access.
