About the photos: two of the three decks are shown as they are now, straight after the clean. The rear deck photo is an old one — I'll swap it for a current shot next time I'm at the house. Looking for timber restoration for the front entry area including the timber steps, planter boxes and the front door. The timber has faded and become patchy due to weather exposure. The job would involve pressure cleaning, light sanding and re-staining or oiling to restore the timber to a rich merbau colour and make it look new again.

As you can see in the photo I have started the front of the deck with an orbital hand sander but its taking too long. I am going to restain it a different colour myself.
