Scope of work: * Install 29 plastic cladding panels along one side (in front of an existing fence), from ground level up to the horizontal beam * Panels will need to be cut to size * Install 5 decorative black privacy panels on the upper section of the other side of the veranda * Ensure everything is securely mounted, level, and neatly finished What’s provided: * All materials are already purchased (cladding, decorative panels, timber supports, brackets, screws, etc.) What you need to bring: * Your own tools, including: * Drill and drill bits * Circular saw (or suitable cutting tool) * Level and general installation tools Location: South Morang Preferred timing: Flexible, but sooner is better Requirements: * Experience with similar installation work (cladding/panels) * Must have own tools and be able to cut panels neatly * Attention to detail and clean finish Important: Please only apply if you have prior experience with cladding or similar panel installations. My 7-year-old townhouse has timber cladding that needs oiling. I have cleaned the cladding already using a high-pressure washer. Could probably do with sanding as well, before the oil is applied. East-facing front (approx 4 x 10.5m) show in photo below, there is also a similar north-facing side in the backyard (4 x ~17m).
