Very prompt with responding and a very smooth transaction. Using this Seagate Ext HDD plugged it in PC couldn’t detect it. Did a few more tasks and tried again then PC detected it - some folders on it wouldn’t work and other did. Could see these folders, open them, but couldn’t copy and paste any folders to desktop. I attempted several scan and repairs using the windows to no avial they kept failing. Data Recovery from a 8TB Mechanical HDD to New 8TB HDD Hi there, I have a 8tb mechanical HDD hard disk with folder and videos inside. This morning I tried to access the disk drive however, it started making a slight "itching" type noise. I tried to use Disk Managment to access the disk but it says I/O error. I then tried to use "EaseUS Data Recovery" software, but I cant see the folder structure. It hangs in the "Scanning" mode with no movement and progress. I then took the disk drive to a local computer store and they said they are unable to get access to the folders to recover anything using the softwares and techniques they use. I am stuck and need a solution to get all my folders off this disk, and copied accross to another disk. Please provide me a guaranteed quote of providing this recovery service, and the percentage confidence you have in completing this job.
