We have a large brick and concrete home. Garage, then 2 floors. Everything was fine on a High Speed 100mbps set up and using Eero Mesh. Then I upgraded to 1000Mbps and it meant changes to hardware were needed. Have made those changes and paid someone to set it up, but it's just not right. Coverage of the house is less. I need a complete do-over. Assess the issue and configure the entire system a fresh from the ground up. Tidy up the server/route cabinet and set the house up so everything just works. Offer excludes materials, just labour. If cabling is required, let's do it. Happy to negotiate once job is scoped out more thoroughly

We have just moved house and the Wifi is patchy. We have all the routers from our old house but need someone to set them up. We need wifi to work across the whole house. I live in a 3 bedroom, 2 story house. My wifi worked well in the front of the house but never in the back of the house. I bought a netgear booster for the back of the house and now it’s not working consistently and effectively particularly when several devices are using the network. **Diagnose and fix WiFi connectivity on Harvia Xenio sauna controller – Tamarama, Sydney** I have a Harvia Xenio WiFi sauna controller that I cannot get to maintain a stable connection to the Harvia cloud/app. The sauna itself works perfectly via manual control on the panel — this is purely a network connectivity problem and I haven't been able to resolve it myself. **The problem:** The controller connects to my home WiFi and briefly appears in the Harvia iOS app, then drops out again within minutes. The WiFi indicator on the controller panel flashes rather than holding a steady connection. Signal strength near the sauna is strong, so that's not the issue. The pattern of connecting briefly then dropping suggests something is interfering with the controller maintaining a stable connection to Harvia's cloud servers. **Some possible causes I've identified (but haven't been able to confirm or fix):** - DHCP lease instability — the router may be reassigning the controller's IP address, breaking the cloud connection. A static/reserved IP may be the fix - Router settings such as AP isolation or firewall rules blocking the controller's outbound connection to Harvia's servers - The controller losing its cloud pairing registration and needing to be re-paired properly - Something else I haven't thought of — open to your diagnosis **What I need:** - Come to site in Tamarama and properly diagnose the root cause - Implement a fix that results in the controller maintaining a stable, persistent connection to the Harvia app on iOS - The task is only complete when the app is reliably controlling the sauna and the connection has held stable — not just connected briefly You'll need solid experience with home network configuration and IoT device troubleshooting. Familiarity with Harvia or similar smart home systems is a bonus but not essential — the main skill needed is network diagnostics.
