Hi, I’d like to get a quote to move my router from the front of the house to a more central location, approximately 15m away. The NBN box is currently near the front door. There is an existing old cable route under the floor, so ideally the new Ethernet/data cable can follow the same route. Please let me know the approximate cost. Thanks!

Looking for a registered cabler to install ethernet cabling in a small two storey unit. Current setup: - NBN box and router is located upstairs in a walk-in robe - Main ethernet point required in the ground-floor study, almost directly below the router - Internal walls are plaster - Ground floor is on a concrete slab - First-floor flooring is particle board/timber framing, carpet - Flat tin roof with very little roof cavity (30cm or less) and no manhole/crawl-space access Main requirement: - Run ethernet from the router location upstairs to a wall plate in the study directly/almost directly below. Optional additional work: - I’m also interested in a second ethernet point near the TV on the ground floor depending on cost - The TV is approximately 10m horizontally from the study/router area - Please let me know what the additional cost would likely be for this point.

Experiencing issues with his wife’s laptop. Google is not working, although the laptop was working when checked at Apple yesterday. The issue reoccurred when they were away from home. Customer also reported that their printer is intermittent and sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t.

I could use the help of a computer expert. I recently I purchased a new laptop, and 2 x monitors. I wanted a set up where I could remove the laptop and take it with me if need be, but otherwise plug in and use with the 2 x monitors for my work. We had someone come out and hook it all up, and it worked for about 5 minutes, now the monitors wont work with the laptop lid closed, the printer wont print, and the whole thing is driving me insane. I've purchased 2 x docking stations to try and get this right, but nothing has changed at all. I really need to work, and this has been a massive inconvenience, not to mention a costly exercise. I dont want anymore drama. I could really use the help of someone that sees this sort of stuff all the time, and could genuinely help me out.
