I have NBN with provider TPG. I’ve upgraded the service for a higher speed which meant I needed to upgrade the router to a netgear nighthawk ax3000. I need assistance getting things up and running. Getting to the final stage where vlan settings are required to be enabled is causing an issue where the wifi connection drops out. Need someone to probably connect to the router via Ethernet cable to complete setup and then trouble shoot with either TPG or Netgear to get it functioning properly.

I am having so many problems with my wifi network. It’s an almost new (6 months old) UniFy Ubiquiti system with 5 satellites. I have approximately 110 devices connected to it (most are smart lights, etc.) and at the moment it is not allowing me to connect anything new, it is randomly kicking devices off the network, and of most frustration. My Sonos system is completely non-functional because of the Wi-Fi issues. I need this fixed, I suspect it is a settings related issue as there is excellent Wi-Fi coverage showing in the app for all satellites across the whole house. I think at a minimum we need a full factory reset and I need someone who really knows this system. Well who can configure it to work flawlessly?

I have just signed up with Mate for my internet. I received my modem and nbn unit and having a hard time connecting to the internet. I have connected the cables and on my phone it will say "connected without internet". The company did what they could but still nothing.Im not sure if ive missed something but Im desperate for help.

Jeremy was an absolute lifesaver! After my internet provider was no help and refused to send anyone out. I posted on Airtasker out of desperation. I’m so glad Jeremy responded. He showed up right on time, was super polite, calm, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He got everything connected quickly and explained things clearly along the way.
