I'm having trouble with my Google mesh network around the house - internet keeps dropping out, one wifi point keeps disconnecting and my work computer (with VPN) often won't connect to the network

Small business needs internet troubleshooting and sorting of cables and clean up. We have a modern 2 bed apt that has NBN and wired internet points throughout. I need help setting the wired network up from the main NBN point in the apartment as well as a Google Mesh Wifi network with three points. Help reconfiguring home network - Due date: Flexible

Small business with a D-Link Router plus 5 x Netgear EAX12 100AUS Extenders (access points) across office space. Having ongoing issues with internet dropping out/not able to connect in certain areas (specific extenders) and employees having difficulty logging onto wifi (regular browser warnings pop-up stating internet connection either not secure despite WPA2 or & WPA3 security settings, or need to reconfigure extender settings). Have attempted multiple times to discuss directly with Netgear however service is poor (international personel) and cannot help online). Office space located in Surry Hills - paid 2 hr loading zone street parking available at front of office, otherwise regular 2 hr meter parking throughout Surry Hills. We have an EPSON Workforce Pro WF-4830 printer that was connected to our network with no issues and was bought brand new about 2 months ago. We switched over to a faster internet with the same network name and password but now it won’t connect to the network and says Invalid Password. I have a home Wi-Fi network that includes a Telstra modem/router, and two Ethernet-connected extenders: a TP-Link device running at the rear of the property and a Unifi Access Point Wi-Fi 6 Lite running upstairs in the main house. My problem is with the Unifi device. I can get it connected/working, but as a standalone network rather than extension of the pre-existing network. This despite the fact that I used the exact same network name and password when setting up my Unifi device as the rest of the network. So now my wireless devices have two identically-named home networks to choose from, rather than roaming seamlessly across multiple access points on a single network. I presumably have not configured the Unifi device properly, but I cannot figure out where I've gone wrong. I'd like assistance in tidying up this configuration.
