Satnam or Raj as he prefers to be known was great and I certainly recommend him to others who have some home IT issues. Raj was punctual in arriving to complete my tasks and was very responsive as he tried to juggle our respective calendars so as to organise a time to visit our home. All the network issues I threw at Raj he was able to quickly resolve and show my family what we needed to do going forward. Shrey really knows his stuff We had extensive problems with our home network which was affecting speed and/or led to internet dropouts and Sonos internet wasn’t working. Shrey came with me to Office Works to buy the 24 port switching hub , he relocated the old Apple router and reconfigured the Telstra modem, he advised me on how to get Sonos music system working again. Internet now works perfectly on all LAN sockets and wifi throughout the house is lightning fast. He also simplified and rearranged the tangled mess of wires cables and leads in our tech cabinet so it all makes sense now and it’s much cleaner. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome that he achieved for us. Thank you Shrey, good job !

After clean windows 10 install on a new drive ,I’m unable to connect to a second but old pc (windows xp) over a wireless network. In theory it is possible as I can reconnect the old drive (also win 10) and it can connect. Turning off firewalls has no effect - Due date: Flexible

We have recently had Ethernet cabling installed but can’t seem to get all of our computers successfully connected. Wifi (not our preferred option) also keeps dropping in and out. Have tested with Vodafone and they say everything is fine.
Mario was a delight to deal with. He quickly diagnosed and resolved our wifi issues, and is now helping with another more lengthy Apple related task. I highly recommend his service.

We have Vodafone NBN which uses both a LAN network and Wifi. Wifi is a Nighthawk Dual band Wifi 6 Mesh with 2 satellites. Problems are quite regular Wifi drop out, drop out problems with LAN/Ethernet and intermittent printing problems to a Epson Ecotank. Would like a suitably experienced person to come and address these problems. - Due date: Before Friday, 21st Jan 2022

We have a fairly complicated Home network incl wifi and LAN system We have an NBN Telstra next gen 2 modem , an apple airport wifi router that is our main wifi router , an 8 port switching box and a Clipsal patch panel Each room in house needs Ethernet for kids computers and TV’s : our wifi isn’t working at the moment so we need both but some Lan sockets aren’t working Our regular IT guy is away and not able to attend to this , prefer it get resolved ASAP The wires are a bit of a mess and hard to see what the problem is - I have limited IT knowledge I estimate it would be 1-2 hours work unless enhancements are made to simplify it and improve it Essentially we need the wifi and Ethernet to work seamlessly so that all accessed devices incl phones in house can print wirelessly See diagram with my best illustration of the current setup * As you can see from the photo the area housing the network equipment is a dogs breakfast of cables and devices
