Find a reliable computer and IT professional in Mill Park

Hi Tara, As per our conversation and my visit today, you asked me to fix the Wi-Fi coverage issue and the internet dropouts. You already have good equipment: the Aruba Instant On access point is business-grade and I've worked with this model before. The TP-Link modem will stay as your internet connection. Here's what I'll do: Check the internet line and modem to find what's causing the dropouts, and fix the settings or firmware where needed. Set up the Aruba access point properly with the TP-Link modem so they work together instead of clashing. Check the Wi-Fi signal around the home and adjust the placement and settings for the best coverage. Make sure all your devices connect to one strong Wi-Fi network. Test speed and stability in the main rooms before I finish. Explain the setup to you and leave the login details with you. If the testing shows a weak spot that needs extra hardware, I'll explain the options and costs first. Nothing extra is bought without your OK. Thanks
