Tp link modem - wifi connected no internet. Have tried resetting modem/router

We have an Archer V2 1600 Version 2 that was used as a bridge modern to our Orbi AX4200. Originally our network provider OneNode helped set all that up but some fault came and the device reset and we had no internet. We managed to get the Archer modern working but the technician at NodeOne was unsure how they set the bridge settings to get it working in the first place. Nodeone had advised us to get a new modern but were hoping someone can help bridge the two together again

With a recent change in internet provider I’m finding that I’m now unable to connect my security camera system to wifi. I have an existing internet setup for my business using Ubiquiti products. I have an edge pro router and VLANs already set up through the wireless network. I would like to set up a D-link network switch up with two of the ports set up on one of the vlans. Housemate is having issues with internet/wifi in their room. They are next door to the modem-router, I am on the otherside of the house and having no issues. I'm unable to find the cause and housemate is convinced its a problem with the modem router.
