MacBook Pro restarts to a black screen even after charged up to full. Happened suddenly. Had installed free Adobe Acrobat reader on same day, not sure if there is a correlation. I need someone honest and qualified who can diagnose the problem and give me the most cost effective solution, as I cannot afford to waste time and money. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 17 July 2023 or very soon this week.

Our setup has changed. And VoIP phones are no longer working when plugged in. We had a Sophos firewall + ubiquiti ES-24-250w switch running with about 10 or so yealink cloud hosted voip phones. The Sophos died. We had a tech come and replace with a draytek vigor 2927 firewall. Previous technician setup vlan for the phones so they worked really well. But can't get a hold of them. Tech who installed draytek may not have the experience with VoIP setup, so need a proficient person for this with the equipment we have. If phones plug into draytek they work, if plugged through switch they don't. VoIP is hosted. Can someone please quote on re-establishing a good working stable vlan. May need to re-setup switch and/or draytek. Without a good setup the phones always had performance or other issue. - Due date: Flexible

Just bought a brand new prebuild gaming PC that is about 2 weeks old to play VR games. When playing some of the more intensive VR games they are stuttering even on Low graphics, even though my specs are good (Ryzen 5 3500X, 2070 Super, 16GB Ram). I need to isolate if this is a hardware issue for warranty but I don't have any other parts to swap over to then test the VR games to see which part needs replacement. I did a clean OS install of Win 10 and same issue so I don't think it's software related. Need someone with the parts to be able to diagnose the issue.
