My parents have had issues with their home wifi of which the current provider is Telstra through the Nbn and it is currently not operating at all. They have a Netgear Orbi system installed throughout the house as it is a large house and have multiple tv’s using Greek TV boxes, Sonos Audio which are connected to the internet and as such are also not working. I require someone to do some troubleshooting as to the reason why the connection to the internet through the Nbn is not working (they are using a 4g temp connection atm) as Telstra and Nbn are both not the best at providing solutions which is extremely frustrating so an experienced IT Technician would be most suitable for this job as Telstra techs came out and they are blaming the Nbn and Nbn is blaming Telstra. Identify fault, get system back up and running again ensuring, or I, tv boxes and Sonos are all working correctly.

The person who installed our Ubiquiti system last year has moved to Geelong, and therefore now unavailable. Just recently there seems to be a problem with wifi coverage and functionality. We wanted to find a local professional to help fix or improve our network. I will place a nominal budget figure of 350, based on the installation labour cost last year, but realise that might change depending on what you find. Look forward to hearing from you. I have NBN with provider TPG. I’ve upgraded the service for a higher speed which meant I needed to upgrade the router to a netgear nighthawk ax3000. I need assistance getting things up and running. Getting to the final stage where vlan settings are required to be enabled is causing an issue where the wifi connection drops out. Need someone to probably connect to the router via Ethernet cable to complete setup and then trouble shoot with either TPG or Netgear to get it functioning properly.

I am having so many problems with my wifi network. It’s an almost new (6 months old) UniFy Ubiquiti system with 5 satellites. I have approximately 110 devices connected to it (most are smart lights, etc.) and at the moment it is not allowing me to connect anything new, it is randomly kicking devices off the network, and of most frustration. My Sonos system is completely non-functional because of the Wi-Fi issues. I need this fixed, I suspect it is a settings related issue as there is excellent Wi-Fi coverage showing in the app for all satellites across the whole house. I think at a minimum we need a full factory reset and I need someone who really knows this system. Well who can configure it to work flawlessly?

I have just signed up with Mate for my internet. I received my modem and nbn unit and having a hard time connecting to the internet. I have connected the cables and on my phone it will say "connected without internet". The company did what they could but still nothing.Im not sure if ive missed something but Im desperate for help.
