I have an old Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop with some files (mainly photos) on it that I can’t access. I want someone to try to access the hard drive and put the photos on a USB for me. When I power on the laptop it says ‘Dell Media cannot access the hard drive. The may be because you have enabled Microsoft BitLocker. Microsoft Express is not accessible when Microsoft BitLocker is enabled’.

I am with iiNet. Modem model vx220-G2v(AUTPG) Ver 2.0. My Extender halved download speed - Wireless-N WIFI Repeater Pro. Need an appropriate extender and it’s setup for signal to travel unimpeded from the modem through two rooms and a brick wall to operate a security camera in my garage. Indicative quote required please a suitable device and consequent setup. Please don’t merely quote your hourly rate. I need an idea of the likely total cost. Thank you Richard

I have NBN internet connection at home through IINET. The connection is dropping of and not connecting to the internet. Checked with iinet and they did troubleshooting and said the internal wiring between NBN Modem to router could be faulty. Need to check and confirm the internet cabling is all good.
