The internet company is Superloop. NBN has already sent someone to install the network box, but it's still not working. I've tried calling Superloop but no one answers. I'd like to find someone to help me fix this.

Task Description I need a licensed data cabler to connect my NBN connection box (NTD) located in the garage to an existing Cat6 wall point located in the middle of the house. The scope involves: Cable Run/Connection: Link the NBN box in the garage to the existing cabling that runs to the middle of the house. (Currently, the external line runs to the middle of the house; I need this redirected or bridged so the NBN box in the garage feeds that internal point). Termination: Install a single Cat6 RJ45 wall socket near the NBN box in the garage if one doesn't exist, to allow for a patch lead connection from the NBN box. Testing: Confirm a live internet signal is reaching the wall point in the middle of the house. Current Setup: NBN Box: Inside the garage. Target Point: Existing Cat6 port in the middle of the house. Existing Wiring: There is already an external cable running along the outside wall toward the middle of the house. This Cat6 point was already working before the NBN setup was done few months back. Requirements: Must have an Open Cabling Registration. Please provide the necessary Cat6 cabling and a standard wall plate/mech for the garage end. It is a single story house

My Surface Laptop 3 is running really slow and the built-in reset says it “can’t find the recovery environment.” I need someone experienced with Windows/Surface devices to: Create a recovery USB (or similar method) Fully wipe the laptop Reinstall Windows clean Update drivers and firmware Make sure it’s running smoothly after the reinstall No files need to be backed up. I’m happy for the drive to be completely wiped. Prefer someone who has done this before and understands Surface recovery/USB installs.
