I’m reaching out for help with an issue I’m experiencing with my HP Pavilion laptop. The system is currently stuck in a recovery loop, and I’m unable to access Windows. When I start my laptop, I see a recovery screen with error codes like 0xc0000225 or 0xc0000001, stating that a required device isn’t accessible. Pressing options like F1 or F11 doesn’t lead to any recovery tools. I accessed Command Prompt and tried commands like bootrec /fixmbr, bootrec /fixboot (which gave "Access is denied"), bootrec /scanos, and bootrec /rebuildbcd. I used diskpart to assign a letter to the EFI partition and tried rebuilding the bootloader using bcdboot, but the problem persists. I verified that UEFI mode is enabled and tried adjusting Secure Boot settings, but this didn’t resolve the issue. I do not have a recovery USB or installation media to perform further repairs. My main priority is to repair the system without losing my personal files. I would greatly appreciate your expertise in diagnosing and fixing this issue. Please let me know how we can proceed, and if you require any additional details or diagnostics from my end.
