I have a 13” MacBook Pro (mid 2013)iOS 15(ish). I’ve seen videos on YouTube suggesting that it can be upgraded to the latest ios - allowing me to use various apps which currently do not work on Catalina. I am looking for someone with IT experience who can do the upgrade but in a way that doesn’t slow the whole thing down. I understand that can happen if it’s not upgraded properly.

I have got a new motherboard and setup a gaming pc with graphics card. The issue is get stuck in bios. I can get in bios and see hdd, ram, cpu etc. But i can it to boot windows startup disk to proceed with installation.
