Not a great experience at all. When they started steam cleaning they did not put a mat down and the chemicals from their cleaning solution have discoloured my laminate flooring and left ugly white patches. After the couches have dried there are still stains on them and my grey couch has turned blueish for some reason? My floor now has heaps of scratch marks and white discoloured patches and they will not reply to me to rectify this issue!
