This is a standard house clean, which I usually get done once a month. It's a three bedroom house with separate lounge and dining room plus a washhouse and hallway. This involves standard cleaning like dusting furniture and windowsills, cleaning the bathroom (toilet, bidet, shower, vanity) and kitchen (stove, bench tops, etc. but inside oven not necessary), vacuuming the whole house, mopping the washhouse, hall, kitchen, lounge and bathroom. I've had a few cleaners, who took 2 - 2.5 hours, but it's a little overdue so 3 hours is fine this time around. Rate is $35/hour. Due to a last-minute cancellation and a property inspection on Monday, it would have to be done this Saturday or Sunday (i.e. before Monday, 2 October). I can supply the vacuum cleaner, mop, duster and cleaning cloths. I also have cleaning products, but you're welcome to bring your own if you have preferred ones. Ideally I'm looking for someone to clean regularly (once a month, generally during the week) who communicates well, is reliable and keeps to scheduled appointments.
