I need some big rocks taken from Palmerston to Aranda. They are garden rocks, they are very heavy, and will definitely take two people. I need someone or a team who has attention to detail and is thorough for about three hours this week sometime? What needs to be done is a process. The areas to be done are the ensuite, walk in robe, master bedroom, attached bedroom: Ceilings, Walls and Floors 1. Broom over 2. Dust cloth over 3. Sugar soap or Vinegar clean Blinds, fans, doors, skirting, window trims, power outlets and light switches 1. Dust cloth over 2. Sugar soap clean Bed frames, mattresses, couch and carpets 1. Heavy duty vacuum slowly and thoroughly All this is after old flooring has been jackhammered and removed so there is dust everywhere. Please don't offer if you are not willing to follow the steps above - the house belongs to people with severe medical issues, including lung conditions so thorough work is key here. I’ve priced for 3 hours of work, but I’d be surprised if all that time is needed. I can’t stress enough that thoroughness is what's vital here!
