We need someone to assist with threading Ethernet cables through our building in Erskineville. The job will require going under the floor in a confined and dusty space, so you'll need to be comfortable working in tight areas. A headlamp or portable light will be helpful. No networking experience required, just someone who can assist with physically running cables. Total work is around 2 hours. I have ADHD and need help organising my house/life. I am looking for someone with experience with this sort of thing, but basically, someone to spend a few hours a week with me to get my house sorted and under control. I rent out my place on airbnb, but I am a city away, so I need someone reliable that can fully clean it and get it ready as like I would. I need the person to be thorough. And proactive when it comes to maintenance issues or supplies. The garden is very simple, but would need tiles swept and hosed down. Windows are a significant part of the apartment, so window cleaning is a must. And ideally be able to iron sheets and replace, or have them that the beds are in top condition, ready for new guests. So I need a price to basically manage the place and wash and turn over the beds.
