We are looking for a thorough clean of a small, empty 4 bedroom house before we move in. The property is already in relatively clean condition, but we would like a proper clean for peace of mind before bringing pets and a newborn into the home. Property details (approx 150sqm house): • 4 bedrooms • 2 living areas • Kitchen • Laundry • Main bathroom + ensuite • House will be completely empty and unfurnished Cleaning tasks required: Vacuuming • Vacuum all rooms thoroughly • Pay attention to corners, edges and along skirting boards • Vacuum inside wardrobes • Vacuum inside kitchen cupboards and pantry Surface cleaning & disinfecting • Wipe and disinfect all benches and surfaces • Clean window sills • Wipe down inside cupboards and wardrobes • Clean bathroom and ensuite surfaces including sinks, vanity and fixtures • Wipe and disinfect light switches and door handles Floors • Mop and disinfect floors in: • Living areas • Kitchen • Bathroom/toilet • Ensuite • Laundry Important note The house will have been fumigated (mostly roof/subfloor) just before the clean, so please ensure all surfaces are wiped down and bug-free, including cupboards, window sills, light switches and door handles. We want the home fresh and clean before moving in with pets and a newborn. Please bring your own cleaning equipment and products. Anticipate this would take at least 3–5 hours for one cleaner or 2–3 hours for a team of two. Please confirm number of cleaners and estimated time to complete. The fumigation is being done on Friday 27th of March so the clean would need to be soon as possible from or on Monday 30th April. Thank you!
