Hi I am looking for someone to do stone cladding on my pillar.

Looking for someone who would be able to help me sheet an external lean to laundry this weekend. I am not able to take photos until Friday, as I’m travelling back to Queensland to get this job done. Job is in Newtown, Ipswich. It’s an external lean to laundry that is stripped back to studs. The laundry room is approximately 2m x 1.8 in size, and with sloping ceiling (ceiling is about 3m high on one side and about 2.2 on the lower side). I’d need help with the following; - picking up the cladding from Bunnings (James Hardie 2400 x 1200 x 4.5mm HardieFlex cladding) - will need 8 to 10 sheets depending on exact measurements - will need the cladding picked up on a ute (I’m available to help with loading the cladding on the Ute but I don’t have a ute to pick it up myself) - I’ll pay for the cladding so cost of materials doesn’t need to be included. - available to help with cutting and installing the sheeting on the laundry walls and ceiling (will require a ladder and tool to cut the cladding/sheeting). I’ve installed plasterboard sheeting myself so can assist with this. I don’t need the cladding “finished” or any joint set with plasterboard - just the sheeting installed. Alternatively - happy for you to quote if you would rather work alone. I realise there’s no photos yet - I will take photos on Friday before the job and a firm price/quote can be organised at that point or once the job has been viewed in person. I’ve included a photo of the back of the house where the exterior of the laundry can be partly seen.

Property has some some cracks along cladding on second floor above garage on corner of wall and along side wall. Would like a quote to have this repaired and what this would involve.

Works include site measure, preparation of existing surfaces, supply and installation of timber cladding,wall wrap and trims, sealing/weatherproofing of all joints and gaps, and finishing to match existing surrounds. Cladding material is circa 30 linear meter, example profile provided.

It's a straightforward site with easy, flat ground access all around. ​The Job: ​Install eaves around the perimeter. ​Install timber battens over the sarking, including fixing the cavity closures at the base of the wall. ​Install Weathertex Weathergroove cladding over the battens. This includes fitting the required Weathertex aluminium external/internal corners and off-stud vertical joiners. ​Measurements: Total cladding area is 42 square metres across 3 walls: ​Wall 1: 3m L x 3m H ​Wall 2: 3m L x 3m H ​Wall 3: 8m L x 3m H ​What's sorted: I am supplying all the materials (eave sheets, aluminium joiners, cavity closures, battens, cladding, and fixings) and they are sitting on site ready to go. When you put in a quote, just confirm you have worked with the Weathertex cavity system before and know how to handle their specific joining methods and clearances. Please provide a quote for the labor.

Needing exterior wall (area with timber studs) to be filled with insulation and then cladded over to keep the house protected from the elements. We will provide earthwool and foil insulation. Cladding will need to be purchased by tasker which we will reimbursed.

Source and Replace the missing tile. I don’t have any spare. I have parts of the tile and a similar also broken tile. It’s a mosaic job. Check for any other loose tiles. Tile dimension 600 mm x 150 mm. Second storey accessible via balcony. Ask me any questions if needed!
