Two-storey granny flat requiring completion of external works, including James Hardie Primeline Newport cladding. Scaffolding is already installed and some external work has already commenced. I am currently progressing parts of the job myself, so this is a completion scope rather than a completely untouched project. The contractor will need to inspect the current stage and continue from there. Scope includes: * installation/finishing of sarking * window installation and external detailing * battens * firewall external works * James Hardie Primeline Newport cladding * associated trims, flashings, corners, penetrations and finishing required to complete the external envelope Materials are already onsite or being supplied by me. Labour pricing is preferred. The building is approximately 11 m long x 3.5 m wide, two storeys, with scaffolding already in place. Please quote either a fixed labour price for the remaining scope or provide an indicative day rate/crew rate after inspection.

Looking for a cladding estimator for part time work. We’re a cladding company but I have no time to sit down and do the manual mark ups. Need someone to come in 1 day a week maybe 2 and pump out some mark ups. Work would need to be checked. These are all commercial jobs , so an accurate mark up is essential. I’ll add some photos for a mark up There are a mixture of residential jobs too

Install aluminium castellated cladding around the garage door. All material supplied. Installed with aluminium top hats installed to brick wall. I can let you know what gaps need to be kept around the garage door. Must have experience doing this work and be able to show for it

Front of house ,below roofline bargeboard ( no guttering), a cladding tile is coming loose and needs securing. 3 storey house- 10 metres to ground level from roof. Roof access is from Level 2 backyard.

Last three sections of windows & cladding that I’ve not been able to paint myself. Driveway and garden below is too sloped for scaffold. Possibly a need for 2 men and ladders or a cherry picker. Windows and cladding need 2 coats of paint. Paint supplied. Turning the old green frames and cladding to dune cladding and monument window frames - as per last image

Areas of external cladding (blue board) needs to be removed for an engineer's inspection of the frames & footings. About 6 -8 inspection holes are required. The material does not need to be salvaged. Also a floor inspection hole needs to be opened - material does not need to be salvaged.

Recently moved in to new house and discovered that the reverse side of the rear wall has not been clad. The Hardieplank is on site, but will need to be installed, sealed and painted please.

Have 3x wood cladding sheets, that need to be cut to fit horizontally across a wall. One board needs to be cut into an arch shape. Have pictures to provide more of an idea Price negotiable

Strip timber sheet wall and ceiling cladding including skirting and architraves in the upstairs room approx 8.4 x4.8m room. Take debris downstairs and leave in pile to be disposed of. Additional labour work available at same property.

Works include site measure, preparation of existing surfaces, supply and installation of timber cladding,wall wrap and trims, sealing/weatherproofing of all joints and gaps, and finishing to match existing surrounds. It's a straightforward site with easy, flat ground access all around. ​The Job: ​Install eaves around the perimeter. ​Install timber battens over the sarking, including fixing the cavity closures at the base of the wall. ​Install Weathertex Weathergroove cladding over the battens. This includes fitting the required Weathertex aluminium external/internal corners and off-stud vertical joiners. ​Measurements: Total cladding area is 42 square metres across 3 walls: ​Wall 1: 3m L x 3m H ​Wall 2: 3m L x 3m H ​Wall 3: 8m L x 3m H ​What's sorted: I am supplying all the materials (eave sheets, aluminium joiners, cavity closures, battens, cladding, and fixings) and they are sitting on site ready to go. When you put in a quote, just confirm you have worked with the Weathertex cavity system before and know how to handle their specific joining methods and clearances. Please provide a quote for the labor.

Needing exterior wall (area with timber studs) to be filled with insulation and then cladded over to keep the house protected from the elements. We will provide earthwool and foil insulation. Cladding will need to be purchased by tasker which we will reimbursed.
