The job will involve: * Installing VJ panelling across the full wall, with neat, professional finishing along both corners/edges, skirting and cornice. * Cutting openings for one GPO, one light switch and a larger opening behind the wall-mounted TV to accommodate a second GPO and TV bracket. * Filling, caulking and preparing all joins and edges for a seamless finish. * Priming and painting the panelling white. THE JOB The fence is currently at two heights because of a retaining wall. Total run is approximately 20.5 lineal metres. I want the whole run clad in white and finished at a single top height so the lower section gives proper privacy and the whole thing reads as one clean line. Open to your recommendation on the system – aluminium or composite slats, vertical batten, or flat panel – but it needs to be a white, low-maintenance, exterior-rated product that won't yellow or warp in Perth sun.
