I've had a demountable installed and require a ramp or stairs with platform for so that my mum can enter and exit. Ramp and platform would connect with sliding door on left of demountable and would connect to existing concrete path. Height off ground is approximately 700mm. Does not need to be wheelchair accessible.

Extend current deck( 1.5) by a further 1.5 on one side of house. It’s a lowest cottage so likely no stairs etc required on extension. Roof on existing deck is currently bullnose; I would prefer to extend that rather then install skill ion roof under existing roof.

We have had a small section of asbestos removed and now need someone to hang a small piece of villaboard in its place. It's about 3 metres long X 1.2 metres high. We also need the chair rail, skirting, and a small section of architrave nailed back in, and the necessary plaster patching. Job involves buying necessary sheet (assuming 6mm thick to match existing asbestos sheeting?), cutting to size, and hanging with appropriate screws; plus nailing the timber trim back in, and any necessary plastering so that the wall looks nice and finished and basically how it did before. We do not need painting. Photo attached shows where it is going - we have got the panel where the tape is removed first (asbestos). I suspect my bathroom doorframe and maybe wall has carpenter ants in it and I need someone who is experienced in removing them to inspect and kill any infestation so the wall and frame can be repaired (would be amazing if I could find someone who could do both). The frame has water damage from previously being connected to the bathroom slab without a silicone buffer and there are dead ants around the unit every morning which is why I suspect this is what is happening.
