We’re looking for someone experienced in exterior timber staining to oil the vertical wood panels on the front of our home office/studio in Broadmeadow. These are decorative panels on the exterior facade — easily accessible and in good condition. Area details: • Approx. 7m wide, 3m high at the centre, sloping down to about 2.5m on each side • Includes two large windows within the area • Panels are already installed and don’t require repairs — just staining What we’d like done: • Light clean or prep of the panels if needed • Apply two coats of exterior oil stain • Neat work around the windows and brickwork — no splashes • General tidy up afterwards What we’ll provide: • Around 2L of natural exterior oil stain (not sure if this will be enough) • A basic ladder (though it’s not in the best shape, so you may prefer your own) What you’ll need to bring: • All other tools: brushes, cloths, drop sheets, painter’s tape, etc. • Your own ladder if preferred • Solid experience with exterior timber and oil-based stains

Plywood ceiling panel install

The legs on my leather lounge have been affected by hot water that was about half inch deep. They are rectangle block type legs. The insurance company needs a quote to repair or advice if the legs cannot be restored
