Find experienced local carpenters in Vermont South

Hello, Are there any carpenters free this morning/ afternoon to help build the frame of a chicken coop? I have all the materials, just looking for the knowledge and help. Don’t have plans, completely winging it but aiming to look something like the photos. Just focus on the indoor section today. Price is for 5hrs of work.

I have an existing full height window panel as shown. I want to convert half of it to a sliding door to get a short access to the outside from my study. The part I want to convert to a door has the openable part as shown on the right side of the window in photos. I want someone to reside the existing design and do not want a complete replacement.

Deck was cleaned and stained 2 years ago so is need for a refresh. Main deck is 6.5m x 3m and 7m x 2m Pool Deck is 2m x 3m plus a few steps down from main deck and other minor bits

Currently door opens outwards we need it changed to open inwards. See pics attached. Looking for experienced and qualified carpenter or handyman.
