Job Overview Total Area: ~32 sqm Height: ~5.2m (High access/ladder work required) Materials: All Cutek stripping, cleaning, and staining products will be supplied and paid for separately. Contractor Requirement: Must supply and use a decent, high-powered pressure washer, ladder, brushes, rollers etc Scope of Work Strip Old Coating (Cutek Stripper) Apply Cutek stripping product to remove the remaining stubborn areas of the old film-forming coating. The timber is mostly sanded, but all leftover old coating must come off completely so the new oil can properly penetrate the timber. Restore & Clean (Cutek Cleaner) Apply Cutek cleaning/restoring product to deep-clean the wood grain and prepare the surface. Thorough pressure washing is required during this step. Stain & Seal (Cutek Wood Oil) Apply the Cutek oil/stain product evenly across the entire 32 sqm area, including the upper sections up to 5.2m high

Task1: I have put a floorboard and due to that I cant use the existing kitchen cabinet door. will need a handyman to increase the height so that the door can be opened with ease. Attached photos to show the floorboard height increase and how the kitchen cabinet looks at the moment for reference. Task2: I need to fix new skirting for a room measuring 5.6 X 5.3. I can purchase the skirting or you can do it. It must be atleast 100mm wide.

Replacing my current ~53–54 cm freestanding oven/cooker with a 60 cm model. Need the left benchtop and its base cabinets moved left and the benchtop trimmed so there’s a 600 mm clear gap for the new cooker. Location: Nunawading What needs to be done 1. Remove base cabinets on the left side of the current freestanding oven. 2. Remove the left section of benchtop above those cabinets. 3. Reposition that benchtop further left along the wall (towards the door frame) to create space for the 60 cm cooker. 4. Reinstall base cabinets under the benchtop, starting from the new left edge. 5. Cut the benchtop at the end near the cooker so that, once reinstalled, there is a 600 mm gap between: • right edge of left benchtop, and • left edge of right benchtop (where the new 60 cm freestanding oven will sit). 6. Apply silicone sealant along the top edge of the benchtop where it meets the splashback. Assumptions / exclusions • Carpentry/benchtop and cabinet work only. • No plumbing or electrical work. • Freestanding oven will be disconnected/moved by me (or via a separate task); tasker doesn’t need to handle the appliance unless agreed. • Existing cabinets and benchtop are reused, not replaced • Small adjustments to align doors/drawers after reinstallation included. • Clean‑up of offcuts and reasonable job‑site tidy expected. What I’ll provide • Clear access to kitchen and cabinets. • Exact new oven model/dimensions before work starts (so the 600 mm gap is correct). The six posts are all rotten to varying degrees. See photos for clearer understanding of the situation. Old ones need removing and replaced with new posts of the same size. Basic carpentry skills required only. I can send more photos if required. You will need to supply the new treated pine posts as well as remove and install. Only 5 of the 6 posts are pictured here.
