Looking for a carpenter to repair timber window frame. The timber at the top of the frame has deteriorated due to moisture damage/rot at the corners. Work required: assess the damaged timber, replace or repair any rotted sections, sand back and prepare ready for paint.

I have the rangehood duct above the overhead cabinets in the kitchen that I would like to box in with matching Kaboodle "antique white" side panels.
