Scope: • Thoroughly clean and prepare timber • Sand weathered/rough areas and provide an even finish • Apply two coats of supplied exterior Merbau timber stain/oil, following manufacturer instructions • Protect paving, plants, pool glass and adjacent surfaces from dust/stain • Include all labour, drop sheets, masking and cleanup etc Materials and equipment supplied including hand sander, stain and applicator. Please quote based on experience with Merbau/timber screening and advise estimated duration. Photos attached.

We've recently moved into a house where one section of wooden floorboards is coloured differently to the nearby sections. We would like that section of floor restained so that it better matches the rest of the house. We know it likely won't be possibly to perfectly match the colour - that's fine, we just want the difference to be less obvious. The area measures approximately 3.5m x 3.5m. We don't know what wood the floorboards are made of, nor what stains or products have been used. The house is from around 1900. We are seeking someone to: - Sand that area of floor back, - Stain the floorboards to better match the rest of the house, and - Apply a new topcoat. We will pay for the stain and top coat - but would appreciate your expertise to choose and purchase the right products to use, particularly to best match the colour. The house is currently empty so there's no furniture etc to work around. We will have some people painting the house at the same time but will make sure they are not in your way. Work can be carried out any time between Sat 15 Aug to Thu 20 Aug. There's free street parking outside and it's usually not difficult to find a spot. We're just off Princes Highway, near Tempe and Sydenham stations. Feel free to ask any questions.

You will need your own sander, oil/paint and materials. 4x4m wood deck. It's in good condition (as in no rotting), but needs a sand to remove some left over mould and then to oil. As we seem to have a few days of sunshine, I'd like this done ASAP. There is plenty of parking and I might be able to get you an undercover park too. There is a lift to the floor then one flight of internal stairs. An easy job but needed before Wed 15th April. Thanks
