I need two coats of wood stain/varnish applied to the second story panelling at the rear of our house. I've already sanded the vast majority of the surface, you'll just need to spend 1 hour doing the last bits of sanding and then however long it takes to apply the two coats of varnish. I'll provide the varnish, brushes, orbital sander and sand paper (although you can certainly bring any of your own equipment) so the main thing you'll need to supply is the ladder and a drop cloth. There is direct, rear lane access so easy to get everything set up and packed down. Preferred dates are: Sat 14 March - before midday Sun 15th - any time Tue 17th - in the morning

I have new driveway stainless gutter partiakly installed - its bottom embedded in concrete. It is 4.5m long and 250mm wide. It consists if 5 joints and 5 grills on top. The edges of them do mot quute match to eash other. I want the edjes bent bit and welded together, so they look nice. We can put some patch on the outside to make it stronger. Also need to weld stainless bolts/handles on the sides to be embedded in concrete, so the edges stick to concrete and do not push on the grills. II gave my estimate based on 3h job. I will pay more if we need more time. On the other hand, if you finish earlier I have other similar tasks to weld to use my 3h. I will be helping you. We can discuss details over the phone. This is a frontyard job, so it has to look nice. I expect you having over 2 years experience doing stainless weldings, and a proper welder and other welding tools. The quote should include your consumables like gas and stainless wire. I have 10A power points nearby.

Sand floors and stain dark colour 140 sqm

Stain our back merbau deck, bench and railings - dimensions are 9m x 5m in the attached photo. Total sqm is closer to 55m including the bench etc. Looking for 3 x coats on flat and sub exposed areas of the deck. Looking for 2 coats on the other areas. We will supply the oil for staining.

Hi there, I need to cut a flap on a stainless bench traced on the photo. Also drill 4-6 holes through stainless also.

Person must have experience in, and produce a good quality stain and sealant for my back deck, bench seat and upper rafts. May require sanding in some areas.

My dog was very dehydrated and and pee'd on our floorboards and it instantly has left a stain that needs to be removed or at the very least significantly lightened/ improved upon. I am looking for a spot treatment just on the area in question.
