I left a bucket of water on the floor boards only for 1 hr and came back and found a dark circle stain. I tried to iron out the moisture, tried vinegar and olive oil but I haven’t been able to remove the stain. The task is to remove and mask the stain so that it’s no longer visible on normal inspection.

We have an small unfurnished 3 bedroom house in Prospect 2148 (Blacktown) with cypress pine that we are looking to have sanded, stained, polished totalling around 77sqm. There is a newish extension of the house that has bamboo flooring so we would ideally like to stain the pine to a similar colour to match as best as possible. Water based polyurethane for polish that is toddler and dog friendly. Floor is in reasonable condition with mainly wear and tear but may require some putty and gap filling. Job can commence within next 5-7 days. More detailed photos or physical inspection can be arranged on request.

I have new driveway stainless gutter partiakly installed - its bottom embedded in concrete. It is 4.5m long and 250mm wide. It consists if 5 joints and 5 grills on top. The edges of them do mot quute match to eash other. I want the edjes bent bit and welded together, so they look nice. We can put some patch on the outside to make it stronger. Also need to weld stainless bolts/handles on the sides to be embedded in concrete, so the edges stick to concrete and do not push on the grills. II gave my estimate based on 3h job. I will pay more if we need more time. On the other hand, if you finish earlier I have other similar tasks to weld to use my 3h. I will be helping you. We can discuss details over the phone. This is a frontyard job, so it has to look nice. I expect you having over 2 years experience doing stainless weldings, and a proper welder and other welding tools. The quote should include your consumables like gas and stainless wire. I have 10A power points nearby.

Sand floors and stain dark colour 140 sqm

Stain our back merbau deck, bench and railings - dimensions are 9m x 5m in the attached photo. Total sqm is closer to 55m including the bench etc. Looking for 3 x coats on flat and sub exposed areas of the deck. Looking for 2 coats on the other areas. We will supply the oil for staining.

Hi there, I need to cut a flap on a stainless bench traced on the photo. Also drill 4-6 holes through stainless also.

Person must have experience in, and produce a good quality stain and sealant for my back deck, bench seat and upper rafts. May require sanding in some areas.

Apply two coats of deck sealant/stain to wooden deck area in Photo approximately 20 m² Also need about half a dozen minor repairs made and small areas with touchup painting etc. I will pay for a full days work and give list of activities.

Welding two pieces of stainless steel

My dog was very dehydrated and and pee'd on our floorboards and it instantly has left a stain that needs to be removed or at the very least significantly lightened/ improved upon. I am looking for a spot treatment just on the area in question.
