Bottom panel of French door water damaged and fell off (original installation incorrectly used indoor wood door instead of outdoor treated wood). Hopefully can replace just the bottom panel as we decide what to do longer term but may require replacement. We need a cabinet/cupboard sourced and installed in our downstairs laundry. It will be positioned where a small open shower is at the moment (see photo). I need to upgrade my unused fireplace; the decaying wood shelf inside has been half ripped out through wear and tear . I need the remainder of the shelf / doors removed and replaced with new custom shelf so it can be used as a book shelf. The frame of the fireplace has also come off the walls in one place and needs to be glued back on.
