Background We are installing engineered timber flooring over a yellow tongue floor and this will finish on 22nd November. We have skirtings (12 x 5.4m lengths of pine architrave, primed, 138mmx18mm), filler and caulk. The Job Cut and fit the architrave (pinned to the walls) ensuring that it meets VBA tolerances (< 1mm). Allow for gluing / screwing / pinning as you prefer and for filling holes and caulking ready for painting. This may involve cutting / planing but the floor is newly fitted and the subfloor required no levelling prior to the engineering wood being laid. Wastage of 8m is allowed for and the cuts have been worked out.

Extend an existing timber deck by an area of 4m x 3m. Holes have been drilled for posts (5 off) and two of the posts are already on site. All timber boards are on site but sub frame support timber needs to be supplied.
