Looking for prices or builder to quote a 3x3 studio with sliding door and window for a beauty salon in backyard. Needs power just needs to look nice and basic , looked for pods but are very expensive thought someone might know how to build this for me . Also have a few other jobs for right person . Would like it to be made so it can be dismantled in the future . Happy to chat about it more I put a few photos so you know what I mean but doesn’t have to look like them

Erect a pre purchased garden shed

We need to do a small renovation of our granny flat, but between kids and 2 businesses we just don't have the time! 1. All the walls in living room, bathroom, and bedroom need painting (they are currently wood panels) 2. Inside the wardrobe of the bedroom needs painting - it is not the same material as the walls, just looks old and dirty and drab 2. The kitchen vinyl benchtop needs painting (proper vinyl process to ensure long lasting and hard wearing) & touching up (i.e. re-seal in some areas, etc) 3. The vanity unit in the bathroom is rotting and mouldy inside and underneath and is swollen with water damage in some areas. The sink top itself is fine, but the cabinet underneath needs replacing. Perhaps it is more cost effective / easier to just replace the whole vanity unit...... Pictures attached; can do a video walk through if that is easier We mostly work from home, so can be available to let someone in and out most times of most days. We are also totally fine with someone doing the work 'after hours' if that is your preference We have white wall paint, but you will need to get some sort of base coat to go onto the weird fake-wood wall panels (and maybe a top coat...? I am unsure).. We do not currently have a replacement vanity unit; you will need to measure and obtain a suitable replacement. We also do not have the materials etc needed for the vinyl benchtop; you will to obtain these also (we are unsure what exactly is needed!) We are hoping to get this done in a fairly short time frame, but if thats not possible for the right person then we can extend the time frame a bit and be a bit flexible. Back & front entrance decks need sanding and staining. It's been built at different times so there's a difference in look and want it to be uniform. Pretty straight forward and easy access. Back deck is 9m x 3.5 and front entrance is 2m x 1.5m so total approx 33 sq m. I will provide decking oil. - Due date: Flexible

We would like a quote on the cost of building this Cubby house. Cost is to include ALL wood, roof and the builder must be a qualified builder. There are no plans only measurements of the total size.
