Stain & Seal (Cutek Wood Oil) Apply the Cutek oil/stain product evenly across the entire 32 sqm area, including the upper sections up to 5.2m high

The kitchen cabinet is fully mouldy and rotten and needs full removal ready for a brand-new cabinet installation. I require the handyman to source, order and supply the new cabinet for me. Only the sink cutout position must stay unchanged. Additionally, several sections of floorboards were damaged by water and require partial replacement. Stain our deck in the backyard and enterance

I will need some help to drill this plastic plate onto this wood frame, I have tried with my screws and drill( and it’s bit hard to do so).

We need the open cabinets on either side of the range hood removed as they no longer fit with regulations for the height of the stovetop. The cupboard above the range hood can stay. The house is 1980s so I’m not exactly sure how they are secured. We would then like replacement shelves or cupboards that don’t go lower than the range hood installed - happy to buy these separately for you to install if that helps.
