I’m looking to get a quote for repairing and resealing a timber window at my property in Croydon. The window is not cracked, but there is noticeable draught coming through. I believe the issue may be related to worn seals around the frame and possibly aged putty around the glass.

I'm trying to see if someone get make a custom vinyl record cabinet (see pictures for inspiration). I've been shopping around but cannot find anything like this. I want some sort of hinge with a door that opens up to uncover my audio-Technica turntable (Audio Technica LP60X USB Belt Drive). Underneath that, I'd like some sort of cavity to fit a speaker, then on the side, storage large enough for vinyl records (35cm high and 35cm deep). Below or on the side of that, I'd like some drawers or tradional cupboard doors for extra storage.

Looking for a carpenter to do some framing work with internal framing timbers for a fire place insert (half wall). 90mm timber already at site. Estimating around 2-3 hours of work. Paying $50/ hour , minimum 4 hours paid. Rough sketch attached but not the exact dimensions, which will be provided. Happy to give a hand for anything you need.
