Items to do: - Add Multigrip/Strap tie down to rafters - Add 3 blocks at some wall junctions Can provide material onsite. Basically looking for someone for a day as there are 2 sites around Marsden Park. Our carpenter is not available till next week and we would like to get it done quicker. Please provide your day/hourly rate for tomorrow if available and need to make sure you have basic carpentry tools eg. circular saw, nail gun etc. Thank you!

I have a set of individual brass decorative panels (photos attached) that need to be assembled and mounted onto a custom wooden frame/backing to create a free-standing temple arch (similar to the reference photo attached). The brass pieces include: * 2 curved arch sections * 2 side pillar panels * 2 bottom floral panels * 1 centre decorative crest * Small brass nails supplied What I need: * Measure and design a wooden backing/frame to suit the brass pieces. * Cut and shape the wood to form the complete arch structure. * Securely fix all brass pieces onto the wooden frame using appropriate methods. * Create a sturdy self-standing base/support so the arch can stand independently behind a home mandir/pooja setup. * Ensure the finished product looks neat from the front with minimal visible fixings. * Sand, finish and prepare the wood for indoor display.

Timber sleeve installed by my neighbour has started bending and showing signs of cracking. Since this timber sleeve sits under the shared fence on my neighbours side and has been pushing into my backyard. Neighbourhood doesn’t care and isn’t cooperative. Need someone to install supports on my side of the timber sleeve to prevent it from pushing further or breaking into my backyard.
