Deck had stairs that were rotted and broken. They have been removed. Need a carpenter to replace the old stairs. Posts will have to be dug for cement for the posts at the front. Pictures attached show where the stairs will go and also what the ones on the other side of the deck look like. If you want to come by and look before a final quote, that's fine. Many thanks.

I’d like to oil the deck and fix the patio doors (missing weather strips).

There are some rotten planks in our deck that need replacing- the sections need sawing off. Planks are 147mm x 31mm. Original ones were custom made but replacements don’t necessarily need to match.
