Note: no idea on the cost, please quote what you think is reasonable. We have not yet purchased materials for this job as unsure what would be needed. We have an 80s era Queenslander that’s had the lower level built-in, but not quite completed. There are large gaps between the top of all four exterior walls and the floor of the first level. This allows for some possum friends to visit and hang out in the downstairs ceiling from time to time but it’s time for them to find a new home.
