Cut the 820 wide door holes from an existing timber wall frame and install door (supplied by me) jamb 4. Install 10mm gyprock (supplied by me) on the timber frame wall 5. Install 2x 820 wide Hume flush panel doors, architraves. Doors, batts and gyprock supplied by me.

The structural timber of two external, brick veneer walls and one internal wall needs replacing due to termite damage. The external walls contain three windows with termite damaged frames which also need to be replaced. External walls are approx. 5.5m each long with 5 corners in total. Internal wall approx 1m each side of a corner. Five pieces of cornice need to be replaced due to cracking (1 to 2m long each). Gyprock to be replaced but don't include plastering or painting.
