I need a rear right quarter panel for a 09 Holden commodore Ve, or if someone knows how to cut let me know and we can go cut one together.

As seen in the photo 1, there are two bars on the roof, one on the left (front of the car) and one on the right (back of the car). The front bar is ok. The back bar (right side) is displayed a bit to the left side of the car (out of page). In photo 2, we can see that the rear bar is stretched to the left of the car a bit. In photo 3, it is the view from the right side, we can see the rear bar right side is dislocated/disconnected. However, the rear bar is still very firm. We want to align the rear bar to the normal position.
