Hi, I'd like to replace the front driveshaft and the driver's side shock absorber on my 2016 Audi A3. I'm experiencing vibration while driving. I've already replaced the wheels and tyres, wheel bearings, brake pads and rotors, and the engine mount, but the vibration is still there. I suspect the front driveshaft is the cause. I haven't bought brand-new parts. Instead, I've purchased OEM parts from a 2017 Audi A3 that were removed from a wrecked vehicle. Could you please let me know if you can install them?

It originally had a snapped valve spring, and the mechanic recommended machining the head, so I went ahead and did that, along with reconditioning all the valves and the head itself. Even though the timing chain was still okay, I decided to replace it as well so everything would be fresh and new. Now the car only cranks but won’t start, and honestly I’m not sure why. The mechanic has checked the timing and confirmed it’s all correct. The car sounds like it wants to start, but there doesn’t seem to be enough pressure. They’ve also confirmed there are no fuel injection issues. At this stage I’m looking for a German specialist mechanic who can properly diagnose the issue and help get the car back on the road.
