Hello, I'm just wondering if anyone could install CarPlay unit into a Holden Cruze 2010 with myself providing the carplay unit? We’ve tried doing it ourselves and finding out the CarPlay we got (cheap eBay one) is not compatible and has also triggered the immobiliser in the car and unable to turn the car on. Will be getting roadside assist to come and hopefully diagnose the car soon. I’ve ordered a better quality and compatible CarPlay and was hoping to get it installed by someone else. Holden Astra 2007 has either one or many broken engine mounts and I can't find a decent mechanic in my area. Looking for someone experienced doing the replacement and is able to supply the parts, tools etc. Price is expected to be negotiated up, and I've just used the minimum I'd expect to pay. car also hasn't been serviced and is approaching the 200k mark so I'm happy to discuss extra services. Symptoms of the car is heavy motion while the car is in idle, and visible movement of the engine when changing from park, drive, reverse, neutral, etc.

Reverse camera install on my 2008 Holden VE Omega sedan. I have a external car play screen installed on the top of the dash that I want it to connect to, the reverse camera came with the purchased car play screen in a set and has connecting wires and a mounting frame. If possible want it to record rear video like the front camera built into the car play unit already does.
