I just bought a Subaru impreza 2002 yesterday. drove home it has major oil leak. Called R A A and they confirmed it needs both sides of the rocket cover gaskets replacing. PLEASE HELP TODAY i have kit from repco and spark plugs and ignition lead oil etc

Need to replace the factory OEM head unit in my 2015 Subaru Forester. The touchscreen on the current unit doesn’t work. I already have the replacement OEM head unit, and the reverse camera is already installed. Should be a straightforward swap — remove the old unit and install the new one. Looking for someone experienced with Subaru/car audio.

Damage: Left front inner guard liner has separated from the vehicle entirely. Old part retained and available. 1. Jack the car , remove left front road wheel. 2. Fit new liner to the guard lip, sill flange and lower bumper flange. 3. Replace all push clips and screw rivets with new. Torque the two lower fixing bolts to spec. 4. Inspect the rear arch strip currently hanging loose at the back of the wheel arch. Identify whether it is the sill moulding front section or a liner tab, and re-secure 5. Inspect the wiring loom and ABS sensor lead exposed in the arch for chafing, grit ingress or connector damage while the wheel is off. 6. Refit wheel, torque wheel nuts to spec.

Need 4 x tyres removed from car Subaru Forester that is due to be picked up by wreckers. Also if the battery could please also be removed as it's under warranty. Located in Bateau Bay. Wrecker coming at 9am tomorrow 3rd Sept. Can reschedule wreckers if need be. I only have limited tools here so want this done more safely. Car is parked on the street atm. Slight incline.

Audio: • Alpine R2-S69C 6x9 component speakers + tweeters • Taramps Pro 2.8S DSP • Taramps amplifier • Pioneer TS-WX120A powered under-seat subwoofer • Amp wiring kit, speaker adapters/connectors • Factory Subaru head unit retained Required: Install front 6x9 speakers with correct spacers and tweeters in factory locations. Connect factory head unit to DSP, then amp/speakers. Install and securely mount Pioneer sub under seat. Run properly fused power from battery, proper grounds, hide/secure all wiring and mount DSP/amp securely. Tune DSP including gain, crossover, EQ, levels and time alignment. Ambient LED kit: Install full multi-piece kit across dash, console, doors and footwells. Hide strips/wiring for an OEM-style finish. Run door LED wiring while door trims are removed. Only one nut... Pretty seized... While trying to remove one of the control arm bolts on my 2004 Subaru legacy/liberty sedan I ran into a seized 19mm nut which I can't remove. I've tried a breaker bar, (some) heat, penetrants etc... maybe a really powerful impact wrench might be the tool for the job, or just more heat and leverage. Car is currently on Jack stands in my backyard. Can move a few metres but won't drive anywhere for the fix due to other unrelated issues, so the job will likely have to be done at my address on the ground.
