Providing documentation suitable for building permit approval by the building surveyor. Providing construction details clear enough for the builder to price and carry out the work. The house is a 1970s brick veneer construction, so the structural assessment should consider existing roof loads, ceiling framing, wall load paths, brickwork, foundations and any temporary propping requirements during construction.
