Looking for a qualified carpenter/builder to supply and install a brand-new ground-level deck and a flat-roof pergola at our property. The site has an existing concrete slab and a brick Alfresco structure, as seen in the attached photos. Decking (49.3 m² total footprint): The entire 49.3 m² area needs to be decked over the existing concrete slab and surrounding ground level. We are tossing up between Merbau or Composite decking. Please provide separate pricing/options for both materials in your quote. Pergola / Verandah (25.55 m² total roof area): broken down as 3.5m × 5m plus an additional 2.3m × 3.5m section. Roofing Specifications: The roof must be a flat design, using mostly white Colorbond roofing. We want a portion of the roof to feature clear or dark-tinted polycarbonate/Colorbond to allow natural sunlight to filter through.
