We want to build a pavilion/pergola - with covers on the side essentially making it a room - on the existing deck. As you can see a small part of it is already covered. We would like to extend the covered area for most of the deck to create a nice covered entertainment area with electrical connection so that we can use as an office space too. We do not have a design and would like to get some ideas on that. The door you see in the picture also needs to be replaced most likely as it is rotting at the bottom which gives us a chance to plan for better indoor outdoor flow.

1) the old clear plastic acrylic sheets have been ripped off and need to be replaced 2) need to purchase Suntuf Clear Corrugated Polycarbonate Roofing from Bunnings 3) need to install on beams 4) it was about 4 columns of roof sheets when I took them off

One of the screw for our driveway gate's hinge leaf has lost thread and becomes lose. So now whever the gate is opened/closed, the hinge pin moves. Also it is making the gate uneven.

I just bought an easy shed and need help installing it :) I have a timber base already built. See photo.

During rainfall, water runs down the driveway and makes its way underneath the house. This needs to be permanently rectified before re-stumping / re-levelling works can occur. We know the type of work required and are looking for someone to inspect the site and provide a quote to carry out the works. Scope of works likely to include: 
• Driveway drainage to intercept and redirect water away from the house
• Installation of surface and/or sub-surface drainage (e.g. spoon drains, agi drains, stormwater connection)
• Excavation using appropriate machinery (bobcat / mini excavator)
• Re-grading ground levels where required
• Reshaping or terracing the area running alongside the house to improve drainage Important:
