Find an experienced local draftsman in VIC

We have recently moved to a new house and are planning some interior renovations. The work involves removing a few internal walls, converting one bedroom into a pantry, and adding a powder room. There will be no extensions or major structural changes. However, as some of the walls are load bearing, we require structural plans and building permits to proceed. We need a draftsman to: -Develop schematic floor plans reflecting the proposed changes -Create 3D concept visuals of the new layout/elevation or section of proposed changes -Allow for up to four design iterations based on our feedback -Prepare documents necessary for building permit submission (if required)
