The drawings are for a planning permit application to Hobsons Bay City Council (car rental use). Deliverables: scaled measured floor plan (1:100, PDF) with internal dimensions and room labels; and a site plan (1:100 or 1:200) showing the building footprint, site boundary (frontage approx. 18.50 m to Burgess Street, depth approx. 50.27 m), fleet/customer/staff parking with the number and dimensions of spaces, the crossover to Burgess Street, the registered easements (3 m drainage & sewerage easements in favour of Melbourne Water) plotted from Plan PS333131, plus north point and scale. The floor plan should show: office/reception and staff work areas; vehicle cleaning area (steam cleaning), chemical store and equipment area; vehicle collection and return areas; toilets, pantry, meeting room, dining room; and all doors including exit doors.
